What is the best before date?

Each item is made to order and is best eaten within 12 weeks when kept in original packaging. They should be stored in a cool dry place.

When will I receive my order?

All items are made to order and dispatched within 3 working days (Monday- Saturday), postage time is then on top of this. 

What postage options do you offer?

We post with Royal Mail using tracking services. You can choose from tracked 48 (2 working days Monday- Saturday), or tracked 24 (next day including Sundays). Based on no postage delays outside of our control. We also offer free postage when you spend £30 or more (tracked 48).

Can I order if I have allergies?

Unfortunately we advise against ordering if you have an allergy of any kind. While we can accommodate to not include certain toppings, our food is made in a kitchen which handles all allergens.

My slab has arrived damaged, what should I do?

If your order arrives damaged you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item, including a picture of the damage. We can provide a pre paid postage label to return the item.

Will the Chocolate arrive in good condition during summer months?

During summer months we recommend upgrading to tracked 24 postage to reduce transit time. We will make a note on each package to not be left in sunlight or heat, if choosing a safe place make sure to bare this in mind.
